Satified customers who are already familiar with your work, Should be easy to contact and not only a potential work source but also may generate leads for you.

Get your invoices out and phone these people up!

Here's how 

 Study the invoice and see want you can remember about them and their lives, Stand up when you phone them and remember to be friendly and smile, introduce yourself and jog their memory about who you are, make a little small talk based on your recollections and ask them if there is anything that you can help them with now.

 if there is that's great, if the answer is no then thats not the end of our story, ask them if they know of other family, friends or neighbors that need the services you can provide, if this any is still no then ask them will they contact you if they hear of anything. Everybody is well aware of how badly sectors like the housing industry is affected and good people are willing to help.
